To establish the basic data, body weight, organ weight, hematology and serum chemistry in both male and female were measured in C.B-17 SCID mice at 6, 10, 19, 32 weeks of age. All organ weight values except thymus were moderately increased in 19,
32
weeks than in 6, 10 weeks. Mean corpuscular volume was significantly (p<0.05) reduced as mice grew older. Statistically significant differences between our results were not observed in hematology and serum chemistry. These data are potentially
useful as
a toxicological and pharmacological applications and references in C.B-17 SCID mouse.
